Following the 2016 show, where we experienced very challenging conditions on site with unprecendented heavy rain before and throughout the event, we would like to announce that we are making significant changes both to the infrastructure & on site layout, and also the management of the site before and during the show.
Drainage and access routes have been improved across the site.
The main route across the site has now been widened, reinforced and tarmacked with passing places.
Site layout had been simplified, and the main shopping area will be divided into 3 back to back rows, with the public entrance situated so that visitors are funnelled through the central row.
There will be a back of house provision in the centre of these blocks with space to park a small vehicle adjacent to each stand
Generator blocks will be situated in these back of house areas where possible
Toilet areas will be carefully positioned and screened off using Heras fencing
Camping will be available with a new Festival Management Team
Shedding is being sourced from a new contractor offering a better standard of marquee and service
Our main aim for this year’s event is to both ensure the best experience possible for our traders, whilst providing our visitors with a diverse and high quality retail opportunity.
